一、在胶印中
1、 In offset printing
1、压力的大小直接决定了印刷过程中油墨的转移,如果印刷过程中出现局部的压力不均,将导致印刷墨色的不实。
1. The size of the pressure directly determines the transfer of ink in the printing process. If the local pressure is uneven in the printing process, the ink color will be inaccurate.
2、橡皮布的压缩变形是产生压力的根本保证,油墨的转移就是橡皮布压缩变形的结果。因此,压力的大小及均匀程度与胶印印刷用的橡皮布有着直接关系。

3、包覆在滚筒上的橡皮布,同时受到本身张紧力和压力的作用,随着滚压次数的不断增加,橡皮布压缩变形的应力积累,橡皮布会变得硬挺,失去原有的柔软性和高弹性,甚至在橡皮布表面会出现光亮或龟裂的痕迹,从而导致压力的局部不均匀。
3. The rubber blanket coated on the roller is affected by its own tension and pressure. With the increasing of rolling times, the rubber blanket will become stiff and lose its original softness and high elasticity. Even bright or cracked marks will appear on the surface of the blanket, resulting in local uneven pressure.
4、由于橡皮滚筒安装在印版滚筒和压印滚筒之间,橡皮布上的每个微小单元每旋转一周,都要分别和两个滚筒各接触一次。

5、其受力是周期性变化的,正是由于橡皮布受力的周期性变化,会导致橡皮布产生内耗,导致橡皮布的老化,影响印刷压力的均匀性,可能导致橡皮布的报废。

6、橡皮布除了为胶印提供印刷压力外,橡皮布在压印力的作用下,应具有很好的将印版图文部分的油墨传递到承印物表面的能力,即受墨和释墨能力,但是橡皮布的老化会改变这种油墨传递的能力,也会导致墨色不实的现象。

1、出现墨色不实的原因很多,其涉及的因素也很多,包括纸张的性能、油墨的性能、印版的质量、印刷橡皮布 的质量、印刷压力、印刷机的性能和印刷工艺等方面。

2、如果纸张、油墨的性能稳定,印版制作质量满足了印刷要求,印刷机工作性能相对稳定的话,还是出现了墨色印刷不实现象,其主要产生的原因就是印刷压力的问题了。
