（1）与制版企业联系，先制作一根测试版对使用的油墨和溶剂按常规工艺条件进行测试。油墨主要测试常用的专色墨，如浅草、绿草、群青、咖啡色、酱色、中蓝、土黄、朱红等。通过测试找出印版滚筒、油墨、印刷条件的匹配结果。制版企业以此为基础确定适宜的雕版工艺参数。经过此过程制程的凹版在实地专色版印刷不匀上具有较强的适应性。

(1) Contact the plate making enterprise and first make a test plate to test the ink and solvent used according to conventional process conditions. Ink mainly tests commonly used spot color inks, such as light grass, green grass, ultramarine, coffee, soy, medium blue, earth yellow, vermilion, etc. Find out the matching results of the printing plate cylinder, ink, and printing conditions through testing.
