For printing, it is a technical activity. In addition to completing all the printing products on time and in quantity, the printing quality is very important. The important standard for checking the printing quality is the glossiness of the printing products. Under the same paper and ink conditions, due to the problems in the operation process, there is often a big difference in the gloss of the finished products after printing. 1、改进酸性润湿液。我国沿用几十年的酸性润湿液，以铬酸、磷酸为主，虽经冲淡，但PH值仍在3。5~5。6之间。酸性越强，对油墨连结料和颜料的分解力、腐蚀力越大，致使印迹膜面粗糙，降低了光泽。

1. Improve the acid wetting solution. The acid wetting solution used for decades in China is mainly chromic acid and phosphoric acid. Although diluted, the pH value is still below 3. 5~5。 6. The stronger the acidity, the greater the decomposing power and corrosive power of ink binder and pigment, resulting in rough imprinted film surface and reduced gloss.

2、降低油墨乳化度。胶印中的油墨乳化过度大都是操作中水大墨多造成的，印迹看上去墨层很厚，但油墨分子成了水包油的状态，干燥后光泽性差，而且还会产生一系列其它故障。

2. Reduce ink emulsification. The ink emulsification in offset printing is mostly caused by the large amount of water and ink in the operation. The ink layer looks very thick, but the ink molecules become oil in water state. After drying, the gloss is poor, and a series of other faults will occur.

3、油墨中适当地加放辅助剂。在油墨中加放适当的辅助剂，可以调节油墨的印刷适性，以便顺利印刷。绝大部分辅助剂对于成品光泽都会带来不利影响。

3. Add auxiliary agent properly in ink. Adding appropriate auxiliary agent in the ink can adjust the printability of the ink for smooth printing. The vast majority of auxiliaries have adverse effects on the gloss of finished products.

4、正确使用燥油。对于高 级的亮光快干油墨，在温、湿度正常的情况下，自身已有足够的干燥能力。

4. Use dry oil correctly. For high-grade bright quick drying ink, in the case of normal temperature and humidity, it has enough drying capacity.

5、注意喷粉。喷粉同油墨一样，也会产生凝聚，特别是密封不好的袋装或桶装，喷粉受潮后，凝聚成较大的颗粒，喷到湿墨印迹上，使墨层表面结膜粗糙，降低了原有的光泽，因此喷粉要注意防潮。另外，喷粉装置的机构上有加热装置，在使用喷粉时应加以检查，加热装置是否失灵。

5. Pay attention to dusting. Dusting, like ink, will also produce condensation, especially in bags or barrels with poor sealing. When dusting is damped, it will condense into larger particles and spray on the wet ink mark, making the conjunctiva on the surface of the ink layer rough and reducing the original luster. Therefore, dusting should pay attention to moisture-proof. In addition, the mechanism of the powder spraying device has a heating device, which should be checked when using the powder spraying device to see if the heating device fails.

6、正确调节机器。印迹墨层厚度是否达到标准，对于光泽也有影响。例如压力调节不良，网点扩大率高，墨层厚度达不到标准，成品光泽就稍差。因此，要把压力调整好，使网点的扩大率控制在15%左右，所印的产品墨层既厚实，层次又拉得开，光泽也有了。

6. Adjust the machine correctly. Whether the thickness of imprinted ink layer meets the standard also has an impact on the gloss. For example, poor pressure regulation, dot expansion rate, ink layer thickness does not meet the standard, the finished product gloss is slightly poor. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the pressure, so that the dot expansion rate is controlled at about 15%, the ink layer of the printed product is not only thick, but also open, and the luster is improved.

7、加凡立水（0号油）。这种油粘度很大，本身稠厚，可调节油墨浓度，使稀墨变稠，增加印品光泽度。

7. Garfanlishui (No.0 oil). This kind of oil is very viscous and thick. It can adjust the ink concentration to thicken the thin ink and increase the glossiness of printing products.

8、加入亮光浆。亮光浆由光泽度很高的原材料加工而成，可增加油墨的光泽，但用量不宜过大，否则会降低油墨的干燥速度，出现粘脏、拉丝现象，影响光泽度。

8. Add the glossy paste. Glossy paste is made of raw materials with high glossiness, which can increase the luster of the ink, but the dosage should not be too large, otherwise the drying speed of the ink will be reduced, and the phenomenon of sticking and drawing will appear, which will affect the glossiness.

9、加入撤淡剂。当一些油墨颜色太深不符合专色印刷的要求时，需要将其调浅一些，这时不但可使油墨变浅，同时还能提高印品光泽。

9. Add the diluent. When the color of some ink is too dark to meet the requirements of spot color printing, it needs to be lightened, which can not only lighten the ink, but also improve the gloss of the print.

10、加入19#树脂油。当油墨流动性与转移性能不好时，可直接调入19#树脂油，这时不但能提高油墨光泽，且不影响多色套印印刷的进行。
