用B-B式胶印机比单色胶印机速度快且画册印刷费用低。如果对于画册印刷质量要求较高的画册，我们尽可能选用双色或四色胶印机画册印刷;对有较大实地的如年画、图书的前后环衬等均应使用单色胶印机画册印刷，其画册印刷质量较好。如果我们对于一般的32开或16开的单、双色的图书，印数在5万册以上的，一般安排轮转机画册印刷。因为轮转机速度快而且印出的图书页子己经折好，画册印刷费用又比平板纸画册印刷机的为低。
