一、覆膜工艺

1、 Film coating process

覆膜工艺就是将塑料薄膜覆盖于印刷品表面，并采用黏合剂经加热、加压后使之粘合在一起，形成纸、塑合一的印刷品的加工技术。

Film covering process is the processing technology of covering plastic film on the surface of printed matter and bonding it together with adhesive after heating and pressurization to form a printed matter of paper and plastic.

二、烫金工艺

2、 Bronzing process

烫金工艺是利用热压转移的原理，将电化铝中的铝层转印到承印物表面以形成特殊的金属效果，因烫金使用的主要材料是电化铝箔，因此烫金也叫电化铝烫印。

The bronzing process uses the principle of hot press transfer to transfer the aluminum layer in electrochemical aluminum to the surface of the substrate to form a special metal effect. Because the main material used for bronzing is electrochemical aluminum foil, bronzing is also called electrochemical aluminum hot stamping.

三、上光工艺

3、 Glazing process

上光工艺就是在印刷品表面涂（或喷、印）上一层无色透明的涂料，经流平、干燥、压光、固化后在印刷品表面形成一种薄而匀的透明光亮层的工艺。

Glazing process is to apply (or spray or print) a layer of colorless and transparent coating on the surface of printed matter, and form a thin and uniform transparent bright layer on the surface of printed matter after leveling, drying, calendering and curing.

四、击凸工艺

4、 Bump process

击凸工艺是凹凸压印对印刷品表面进行装饰加工的一种特殊手法。它是使用凹凸模具，在一定的压力作用下，使印刷品基材发生塑性变形，进而对印刷品表面进行艺术加工。

Embossing process is a special method of decorative processing on the surface of printed matter by concave convex embossing. It uses concave convex mold to make the substrate of printed matter plastic deformation under certain pressure, and then carry out artistic processing on the surface of printed matter.

五、模切压痕

5、 Die cutting indentation

模切压痕是利用钢刀、钢线排列成模板，在压力作用下将印刷品加工成所要求的形状的工艺。

Die cutting indentation is a process that uses steel knives and steel wires to form a template to process the printed matter into the required shape under the action of pressure.

六、局部UV工艺

6、 Local UV process

它是一种丝印工艺，通过对纸盒表面图文进行局部涂布UV光油来提升印品的炫彩效果。

It is a silk screen printing process, which improves the dazzling effect of printed products by locally coating UV varnish on the surface of carton.

七、逆向上光

7、 Reverse glazing

逆向上光工艺的工作原理是利用涂布型UV光油与底印UV光油（墨斗型UV光油）的“互斥”原理，一次性实现凹凸质感和不同光泽的效果，即在无底油处涂布上光油实现亮光效果，有底油的地方涂布上光油后，实现哑光效果。

它是通过烫金版的变化表现出一种金属感和立体感更强的烫金方式。通过浮雕图案的凹凸变化，使图文呈现出金属浮雕般的质感，使烫金图文跳出平面，带来更强的视觉冲击力。

It shows a more metallic and three-dimensional bronzing method through the change of bronzing plate. Through the concave convex change of relief pattern, the picture and text show the texture of metal relief, make the bronzed picture and text jump out of the plane, and bring stronger visual impact.

九、镭射压印转移

9、 Laser imprint transfer

它是在印品表面涂布UV光油后进入压印系统，将印品与镭射转移膜复合在一起，再经UV光照射瞬间固化，将印品与镭射转移膜剥离，使镭射转移膜表面的镭射图案转移印品。

After UV varnish is coated on the surface of the print, it enters the embossing system, combines the print with the laser transfer film, and then solidifies instantly after UV light irradiation. Finally, the print is stripped from the laser transfer film to transfer the laser pattern on the surface of the laser transfer film to the print.

十、冰点雪花

10、 Freezing snowflakes

冰点雪花是油墨丝印在金卡纸、银卡纸、镭射卡纸、PVC等承印物上经紫外光照射起皱及UV光固化后，在印品表面形成的一种具有细密砂感、手感细腻的工艺。
